Missoula Fringe Festival August 15th 16th, 17th BUY Tickets and Passes here
Missoula Fringe Festival 2013 is Missoula's first annual performance arts festival.  Continuing the Fringe legacy that began in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1947 (Edinburgh Fringe Festival, www.edfringe.org), the Missoula Fringe Festival will celebrate and honor alternative theater in various venues throughout Missoula, August 15  17th, 2013.  

This year's Missoula Fringe Festival will be focusing on helping the arts community grow.
The Missoula Fringe Festival is a self-produced, non-juried performing arts festival. It is an avenue for performers to showcase bold, fresh, and original live works that explore the edges of their work and provide audiences the opportunity to experience the outer-limits of performing arts.  The Missoula Fringe Festival does not produce any shows, run any venue or pay any fees to artists.  All applicants are accepted.  Anyone can perform.

Performance will happen all over the city from a concert in the new parking garage to many sponsored venues town.  There are things for all ages and tastes from children and adults comedy shows, to a multitude of music, live painting, dancing, exhibitions, sound machine installations, theater, dance, roasts, and so much more.

Artists keep 100% of the door and all ticket sales sold by the artists.  The Missoula Fringe Festival keeps 100% of the general tickets.  This is just one avenue for the Missoula Fringe Festival to generate revenue along with fundraising events and sponsorship.  

General tickets and access passes are sold through Fringe staff, Worden's Market and at the Stensrud Event Center, our Fringe Central.  General tickets and passes are good towards any show or workshop offered during the festival subject to availability.

General tickets are valid for performances that are not sold out.

The Fringe festival are made possible by sponsorship and donations.  If your company would like to become a sponsor for this year's Missoula Fringe Festival, please see the website for a list of packages and sponsorship applications.  All donations are greatly appreciated.  You can donate through this ticket site or though our website with paypal, as well as send a check, or attend one of the fundraising events throughout the summer leading to the festival.  If you would like to be on the email list for Fringe events please go to the website and send us an email to put you on the list.  Every little bit helps to support our community, $5 high five donations are greatly cherished.  If you would like to volunteer and receive free tickets or passes again please contact us through the Fringe's website for more details.  

This is a open opportunity for any and all budding or seasoned artists or exhibitionist to showcase new work, promote and introduce themselves to the community as well as make a profit!  Please push our limits, our comfort zones, explore the imaginarium of your minds by performing or attending.  So get your passes and come get Fringy in Missoula, where "we think your Fringy and we like it a lot"!
