LIZ LOCHHEAD * MALCOLM MIDDLETON * THE BUM-CLOCKS * DJ BUTTZ * TOM MORGAN-JONES * KEVIN WILLIAMSON & MICHAEL PEDERSEN & more.

Neu! Reekie!'s Burns Nights have made their mark on the Scottish Cultural scene these past eight years; each a swift sell-out; each a wild carousel of poetry, colour, visuals and music.

Ticket price includes: haggis/vegetarian haggis, tatties and sauces. That and a complimentary GLEN GRANT whisky / dram or two. Food is canteen style portions (not a three course dinner - just saying).

ARTIST INFO:
LIZ LOCHHEAD - poet, playwright, artist; Scotland's second Makar/National Poet and Queen's Gold Medal for Poetry Winner.

MALCOLM MIDDLETON - guitarist/songwriter best known as a founding member of alternative rock band Arab Strap. Also, releases under Human Don't Be Angry and MM - most recently Bananas with Triassic Tusk Records.

THE BUM-CLOCKS - Leiths Bum-Clocks are the only Robert Burns tribute band who play in the style of Iggy and the Stooges. The Bum-Clocks  ye olde Scottish name for a beetle, making them the Scottish Beatles  are Tam Dean Burn (actor), Russell Burn (Fire Engines/Trama Dolls) and Malcolm Ross (Josef K, Orange Juice).

DJ BUTTZ - is the mighty arts supremo Morvern Cunningham (Leith Late) who'll be bringing us a Bollywood infused disco to close the night.

TOM MORGAN-JONES - is an award winning illustrator. His work is widely and internationally published, from Children's books and magazines to satirical boardgames.

KEVIN WILLIAMSON & MICHAEL PEDERSEN are prize-winning poets and founders of Neu! Reekie!
