REM one
There will be two seatings on Friday the 4th and Saturday the 5th. Please buy your tickets for the 6 PM or 830 PM slot as listed. All ticket sales are final and guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to their allotted ticket time to insure that all guests can be seated within a reasonable service timeframe.

REM one is an imaginative, dreamscape pop up dinner from the mind of Kris Kim, sous chef of The Willows Inn on Lummi Island. Following his second season on the island, Kim is coming back to Seattle to showcase a tasting menu that will feature an innovative collection of ideas inspired by stages of dreaming. REM-one is the first in what will be a series of dinners that will explore food in a way that is imaginative and playful.
Kim is a graduate of the Culinary Arts Program at South Seattle College and honed his skills in Chef Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchis Seattle restaurants. Prior to his role at The Willows Inn he was the Chef de Cuisine of TROVE and was named one of Seattles Next Hot Chefs of 2016 by Seattle Met.
