BC Chemistry and Physics Clubs present Matheatre
Who: BC Chemistry and Physics Clubs.
When: Fri, Jan 18th, 2019 from 7pm to 10 pm; Door opens at 6:15pm
Where: BC Student Union/Cafeteria/dining Hall, C115, C building West side of the campus.
What: The Bellevue College Chemistry and Physics Clubs are bringing Matheatre to our campus, a touring Performing Arts Organization specializing in math and science based programming. The 2 performances that they will be portraying are the lives of Tesla in Tesla Ex Machina and Madame Curie in a musical called Curie Me Away! The performances will show the dedication that these two scientists had for their fields of physics and chemistry and some of the science behind their work. The Chemistry and Physics Clubs will do demonstrations during the intermission. It will be an evening of fun and education where the audience will gain an understanding of the human side of being a scientist. BC Services and Activities Fees are helping fund this event.
