Soiree by Sicola is MyCharityLife's first shindig in the greatest city on earth -- Austin, TX! Stephen and Sarah Sicola will be hosting this fantastic shindig on Saturday, June 22--showing off their acres of urban gardens, their really hip urban hens, and their single pimpin' rooster. Come out to tour the gardens, the new house and international headquarters for Taste Aha, and the test kitchen that will be preparing an amazing array of fantastic edibles for your farm-to-table tasting pleasures.
Ryan will be keeping it casual and will be excited to share with you their travels with MyCharityLife, what exciting adventures the summer of 2013 holds on their tour schedule, and some really cool things in store for Austin. Our special guest will be national charity partner WYSH Project, and they will be shooting footage this evening for their documentary project.
While checking out the Sicola digs and the MyCharityLife rig, you'll get to partake in wine tasting from one of Austin's most notorious wineries, (watch for this announcement soon!) And as the afternoon turns to evening, we'll surely have some live music to serenade us with their great tunes. Pack your own bag-chair and come out to see Austin's hippest and newest urban gardens as well as take in some charity stories, some great wine, and some fantastic tunes.
Proceeds from this event will be used to acquire a goat and to build a talapia pond on this hip urban farm, as well as to support the charitable mission of MyCharityLife, a really cool charity that supports twelve local Austin charities, 50 Central Texas charities, and one really cool national charity from Austin--all through a platform that makes philanthropic giving really cool and easy for twenty and thirty-somethings.
