This Emmy-nominated Hollywood dynamo has created Hair Scholars, hands-on masterclasses and seminars that give a behind-the-scenes look at the role of hairstylist on set and provide training in specialty skills for the film and TV business.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Friends recent film credits include Captain Marvel, X-Men: The New Mutants, Black Panther, Detroit, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Captain America: Civil War, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Parts 1 and 2 and Django Unchained, just to name a few. She knows this business and wants to teach it to you.
This Hands-On Wig Masterclass will teach you essential skills needed for a career in the entertainment industry.
Day 1 - Wigs 101- Basic lace front wig class will teach you how to prep, wrap, apply, block, and clean wigs
Day 2 - Wigs 201- Advanced lace front wig class skills include:
How to fit a wig - Wig wrap and taking measurements
How to cut and style wigs -
*How to thin a wig - Texture vs. Density
*How to cut the returns out of wigs
*How to wet style set a man's or woman's wig
How to color the roots of a wig
Each class is limited to 25 students.
You can choose to take one or both classes.
