Okonomiyaki is one of the most popular street foods at festivals in Japan. These fluffy, savory pancakes, topped with special sauce and accoutrements are a such a treat you'll want to make them no matter the occasion! Together we will make Osaka style pork okonomiyaki and mushroom and cheese okonomiyaki. Sawako will demonstrate authentic miso soup and ohitashi - steamed greens with sesame sauce.

This is a demonstration-style cooking class.

Students will enjoy a taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
