If you have ever wondered about the difference between a stock and broth Chef Dave will demystify it for you. Learn to make these foundational components of great cooking as we look at white and brown stock technique and a quick vegetable stock. Then we'll put that to use as Dave makes a hearty chicken vegetable soup for us to taste.

This is a demonstration-style cooking class.
Students will enjoy a taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
