Make Valentines Day extra special with this elegant five course dinner, with each course paired with a distinctive wine. Enjoy almond, rosemary cocktail cookies; caviar deviled eggs; beet, citrus, kale and pistachio salad; pork tenderloin in a cherry port sauce served with browned butter gruyére potato gratin, winter vegetable pureé, finished with raspberry créme brulee and a chocolate truffle. Recipes will be provided.
Harpist Bill Damian will provide beautiful music as you arrive.

This is not a cooking class, this is a prix-fixe dinner. No Substitutions. Wine, tax and tip are included.
