Lucia teaches us how to craft light and fluffy gnocchi by hand. We'll make two classic styles of gnocchi, potato and ricotta, and enjoy them with a creamy Alfredo sauce and an olive oil herb sauce.
Instructor: Lucia Oliverio
This is a hands on class with a vegetarian menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those 21 and over.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
