Lark Celebrates 15 Years
Benefitting Northwest Harvest
Lark, chef John Sundstroms highly acclaimed restaurant, is about to turn 15 and he and his partners, JM Enos and Kelly Ronan, are ready to celebrate!
The Seattle restaurant scene was just beginning to change when we opened in 2003, said Sundstrom. Chef owned restaurants would soon become the norm and we feel very grateful to have been at the start of the trend, and to still be going strong!
On Sunday, December 16, Lark is throwing a party as a thank you to all their friends, and the Seattle community, for their loyal support over the years.
The festivities run from 5pm to 8pm and partygoers can look forward to an array of Lark favorites to snack on, as well as sparkling wine, beer, wine, and a non-alcoholic holiday shrub.
Cost is $50/person and a portion of proceeds from the evening will benefit Northwest Harvest.
Opened in 2003, and relocated to the Central Agency Building in December of 2014, Lark is an artisan-focused restaurant in Seattles Capitol Hill neighborhood. Chef John Sundstrom, a James Beard Award-winner, is known for his intimate knowledge and deft use of the Northwests unique ingredients and has created the perfect place to celebrate the bounty of the region. The menu changes with the seasons, highlighting the best tastes available, and the elegant dining room won Restaurant Design of the Year at the Seattle Design Awards in 2015. Dinner is served daily from 5pm to 11pm. There is additional seating and a raw bar on Larks mezzanine, lofted above the dining room, and Off The Record, a private event space, is located below.
