Emergence

Emergence is a gathering of people who share a burning desire to see the world transformed through the power of creativity, radical-inclusion, radical self-expression, communal effort, civic responsibility, immediacy, gifting and decommodification. If the revolution this country needs is going to result in a better world (most revolutions do not) it will not be fought. It will be sung, danced, painted, sculpted, chanted, drummed, loved, hugged and celebrated into existence.

Some important information that you should know before buying tickets:

- No monetary exchanges take place at this event which means you must come prepared to be RADICALLY SELF RELIANT. Food, water, shelter are required. We will provide porta-potties. :)

- This burn is CO-CREATED meaning YOU are expected to participate in the creation of this event. The magic of a burn arises when everyone brings their unique gifts - food, dance, music, art, healing - to share freely and joyfully with the community. Your imagination is the only limitation.

- There are no in and out privileges (except for emergencies) so please be prepared to come and stay until you leave for good (or until next year!).

- You will be required to execute a release of liability to participate.

- This is a 21 and over event. You will be required to show ID at the gate that matches the name we have on our guest list. If you need to transfer a ticket please contact Brown Paper Tickets before the event.
