Elizabeth Cronin assists in curatorial duties, including reference, acquisitions, collection development, and exhibitions. She also oversees classes that visit the Photography Study Room. Cronin is the co-curator of NYPLs exhibition Public Eye: 175 Years of Sharing Photography. She is the author of Heimat Photography in Austria. Cronin has a MA in German Studies from the Technical University of Dresden and an MA in Art History from the University of Minnesota. She received her PhD in Art History from the CUNY Graduate Center.
