As the hottest area in the city and the center of Seattle's infamous and highly successful Art Walk, The East Edge Galleries push the creative envelope and bring nation-wide attention to Seattle as one of the country's art cities to watch.
Organized by La Familia Gallery LLC, your SceneInSeattle Fine Art Tour gives you an insider look into what makes the Seattle art scene tick. Learn about the city's creative history and why it is considered to be a hotbed of innovation and creativity.
This tour is two hours in length, taking you from one end of the East Edge to the other. The tour includes a refreshing dip into Seattle's dynamic art history, an introduction into Seattle's creative culture, a guided tour of prominent Seattle galleries, a discussion of Seattle's best new artists, a demitasse of locally roasted espresso, and a light tasting of local artisan wines and cheeses.
