DOWNIEVILLE CLASSIC FILM FESTIVAL
Greg Williams leads the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship and commits countless hours and volunteers to maintain bike riding trails in Sierra County for everyone to enjoy! The Sierra County Arts Council through grants and local fundraising efforts has recently purchased a film projection system. The Arts Council is proud to co-sponsor the first annual Classic Film Festival with the Trail Stewardship! Come enjoy "The Way Bobby Sees It," "Klunerz," "Seasons" and "The Kackel Factor," and hear speakers from local bike race sponsors as we celebrate this fantastic weekend! Tickets are $10 at the door (each night). Doors open at 6:30 pm ~ films will be shown at 7 pm. Friday films are geared towards an adult audience; Saturday films and speakers are geared to a family audience.
