Onyxx 5
Though each member of Onyxx 5 is a talented soloist in his own right, the quintet has been harmonizing for more than 20 years both a cappella and with instrumental backup. Though known for their renditions of classic jazz, Motown and standards, the group's main focus is to offer honest harmony, which brings a sense of peace to the heart, mind and soul. This versatile quintet has performed at the famous Apollo Theater in New York City, Philadelphia's Veterans Stadium (singing The National Anthem and "Take Me Out to the Ball Game"), Baltimore's Inner Harbor, First Night celebrations in Dover and Wilmington, and the Smyrna Opera House. The quintet also has a recording of popular oldies and standards.
