Get Your Goddess On!

During this 1/2 day Experience, we will be using various tools and practices of the Yoga tradition, to identify and harness our inner strength for personal growth. By getting to know our deeper selves, we can gather the strength to let that light shine brightly for all to see and inspire.

We will be guided through a Yogic Lore Journey with Kimi Marin, with accompanied yoga postures specifically designed to inspire a connection to our inner goddess power. Allowing the goddess energy of the inner self to emerge, to gain power, to shine outward and to let go of what no longer serves us.

Once we have gotten to know about our inner goddesses we will do a sankalpa workshop and nidra meditation to embody and inspire the goddess energy within us. Inspiring the Real you to take power within the body, mind and soul.

During the POW-er of Style workshop we will learn how to create our own personal vision board, identify our different roles in life and how to harness the power of each through our visual style. Allowing ourselves to show the world our inner goddess through our outer style.
