Find your Voice, Re-Story your Life With Suzanne Sterling and Ravyn Stanfield
Your voice originates in your body. All your stories live in your body. This modern culture often conspires to steal your voice and keep you trapped in stories that no longer fit. Sometimes, to find your own power, you have to rewrite the stories that confine you. Sometimes, to find power with each other, we have to sing ourselves back to life.
This is a time in the world that is asking for new stories to rise. This is a time in the world that needs our deep listening and our brave speaking. We must deconstruct the damaging stories of the dominant culture and build collective, choral myths that can hold every kind of body and voice. We are called to a connected, responsible, and sacred leadership that we have not seen modeled in the structures around us. We are being asked to take holy risks like never before.
In this urban retreat weekend, we play with the alchemy of voice and body. Your physical, artistic voice longs to be invited back into your life. With writing, singing, yoga, movement, and vocal tutorials, we invent alternatives to the old stories that limit us. We will break the tight grip of compare and despair. Your sacred leadership wont look like anyone elses. We will listen to each other in the creative laboratory where practical leadership skills emerge.
If you are terrified of singing in public and/or speaking out, this workshop is for you. If you are stuck in old patterns and need help to take your life to the next level, this workshop is for you. If you want to challenge the dominant culture more effectively, or you long to re/discover your voice, this workshop is for you. If you are burnt out and need a lifeline, this workshop is for you. If you need a weekend to write, sing, and move your body in a community of imaginative and inspired humans, this workshop is for you.

A note about pricing for this training: We are using justice pricing model. In our model of Sacred Leadership, we stand for leveraging our privilege to support others. If you can afford to, please consider paying it forward by paying any amount above $400. This allows us to continue scaling the prices of our intensives so that everyone is included. We are committed to cultivating a diversity of voices and life experiences in our trainings and making them accessible to people of all income levels. In other words, the more who are able to pay at the higher end $500-600 create opportunities for those who couldn't otherwise afford the training. Thank you!
