This is for you if you would like some time to rest in your heart and discover your aliveness and who you are as a woman. Its especially for you, if you are currently experiencing one of lifes transitions. Whether its relationship issues, health, work problems, motherhood or menopause, dealing with birth or death, or simply stress and overwhelm . . . . give yourself this gift to be in a circle of women sharing from the heart as only women can, moving our bodies and connecting with ourselves and each other.
This day offers you the time and space to turn to your own inner resources and to connect to your Hearts intuition to discover who you are as a vibrant, alive sexual woman. To shine the way that you were meant to shine. In the company of other women, you can dare to be authentic and accepted for who you. Louise creates a non-judgemental environment. A place where it is safe to be unsafe. Louise will draw from a mixture of practices dependant on the needs of the group including dance, meditation, visualisation, artwork, gentle touch and circle work.
The cost of this day is £65 (£50 if paid before 30 November). I went to bed last night feeling my heart was very big, bigger than I thought it could ever be. Thank you, Louise for providing such an intriguing, rich, exciting and totally safe environment to dare to be myself in - Valerie.
Louise worked for many years in Corporate Human Resources and experienced first hand how the heart is often left at the entrance to the office. She believes passionately that women can stay connected to their hearts whatever they are doing or is going on in their lives. She works as a coach and workshop facilitator and is a Certified Red Tent Trainer, HeartMath Coach, and a member of the School of Being. She is passionate about living from the Heart. She runs workshops and has a coaching practice to empower women moving through lifes transitions to open their Hearts and fly. Louise brings a deceptively simple and playful presence to her work
