Event
Peruvian Sushi Night
Macchu Picchu, pisco... and now SUSHI. Yes, you heard right. Peruvian Sushi. Fernando "Yoyi" Arce's secret recipe blends aji limo/aji amarillo/rocoto and lime. And now the recipe has made it to New York City.
Gabriel Alegria and the Afro Peruvian Sextet will be performing music from their newest album Ciudad De Los Reyes. After a very successful tour in the Midwest, the band will also be taking requests for old hits as they prepare the ideal repertoire for the Canadian festival circuit this summer.
Somethin' Jazz Club is an intimate venue, specializing in Sushi, so it is perfect for this event. AND, it is a couple of blocks away from where Tutuma used to be!
There are two shows on Saturday April 13th:
7:30pm (doors at 7:00pm) 9:30 (doors at 9:00pm)
Please note: you will need to pre-order your Peruvian makis which will consist of either salmon or tuna rolls bathed in the secret Peruvian goodness (see pic). We apologize in advance if we cannot take your order on site for the Peruvian makis. Regular sushi will be available.
