Drop-In Book Group - Tell the Wolves I'm Home
We're thrilled to announce the establishment of Literary Affairs Drop-In Book Groups! Modeled on the Algonquin Round Table of 1920's Manhattan, these monthly book groups will be held at Bar Noir at Maison 140, and they are open to all. Each month will feature a different book chosen by Literary Affairs founder, Julie Robinson, and the discussions will be led by one of our dynamic facilitators.
There will be a daytime session (10:30am-12:00noon) and an evening session (7:30pm-9pm) each month, and we'll be sure to announce the book selections well in advance so there are no excuses!
Our first Drop-In Book Group will feature Tell the Wolves I'm Home by Carol Rifka Brunt the gripping story of a teenage girl coping with the loss of her beloved uncle during the terror of the AIDS epidemic of the 1980's. Space is limited reserve your spot now!
