Pizza Chapel Theatre Co presents Black Dog
We're excited to kick off our 2018 - 2019 season with the area premiere of Chris Fontanes' Black Dog. This script is a macabre response to 2016's #metoo movement, with a finger on the pulse of the collective outrage many of us still feel for the corruption and misogyny that has yet to leave the room.
Black Dog provides a brief glimpse into the life of two sisters who can no longer stand idly by as the women they love are denied the justice they deserve. The audience is invited to witness their brutal vigilantism and the psychological toll it takes. Note: This production deals with mature themes and will not be suitable for all audiences. Expect violent images and discussions of death and sexual assault.
