Gintong Ala-ala: Golden Anniversary Concert
The Sinag-Tala Performing Arts Troupe is celebrating its 46th year with a two-hour concerting featuring dancers, the Sampaguita Choir and the Rondalla. The historical and regional aspects of the Philippines is represented in four different suites depicting tribal, Spanish, Muslim and rural influences. Sing-tala, which means Starlight is the cultural arm of the Filipino Association of Greater Kansas City. Gintong Ala-Ala , which means golden memories celebrates the 50th year of the Filipino Association since its incorporation .
