KVSH Celebrates Our 4th Birthday with a Lip Sync Battle!

Its a reboot by popular demand the KVSH Birthday Bash & Lip Sync Battle. Last year was so much fun, were doing it again for all those folks who were inspired by last years show and those who are itching for a comeback.

Island officials, celebrities and rock star wannabes are polishing up their air guitars again. Dynamite host Arlette Moody returns to set a raucous tone for the night. And, the night will be filled with riotous musical interpretations starring the people you see or hear from regularly in a whole new light.

The celebration starts at 8PM with warm-up performances by VoVs The Voice of Vashon winners, Guido Perla and Maia Sanson-Frey. Arlette Moody will set up the Lip Sync Battle with an act of her own. Then competing pairs of lip syncers will strut their stuff to one of their favorite tunes; and audience applause will choose the winner of each paired battle.

Costumes and comedy are the only requirements. Lip syncers with maximum vamp will have the advantage as well as the most fun. Solos and duos are welcome.

Some performers will appear by invitation from VoVs party planners. Others are invited to sign-up by emailing lipsync@voiceofvashon.org.
