The French are famous for many things, and one of the most luscious is their triple-crème cheese. Think Brie and Camembert taken to a new level of buttery decadence! Learn about the triple-crème tradition with cheesemaker Sacha Laurin, taste several varieties and make your own triple-crème Chaource to age to perfection to be ready in time for the holidays.

Instructor: Sacha Laurin, Winters Cheese Company

This is a hands on cheesemaking class using vegetarian rennet.

Students will enjoy a sampling of cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
