They say oil and water don't mix. This class proves those so-called experts wrong! Chef Dave demystifies vinaigrettes, dressings, mayonnaise and aïoli by teaching you the techniques that create all of these variations. We'll also explore hot emulsion sauces like hollandaise. Enjoy light tastings of the evenings creations.

Instructor: David Nelson, Industry

This is a demonstration style cooking class.

Students will enjoy a tasting of the evenings creations, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.


Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
