SB 9th Anny: Sushi Dinner
We've done many private beer, wine and spirits pairing dinners over the years but we have yet to do one that pairs with sushi!
Beyond thrilled to be welcoming Chef Davin Waite of Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub, Chef Anthony Pascale of Saiko Sushi, and Michael Barnett of Catalina Offshore Products into our kitchen for a night of beautiful seafood dishes.
With three different ticket options, we can customize your experience for the night with a beer pairing, wine pairing, or no pairing.
Menu is still being finalized, but there will be an opening plate collaboration followed by individual plates from each chef, and a final dessert.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of dinner.
