Community and food come together in this plant-based pop up from Food Simply. Enjoy dining with your community with an all organic, local, vegan, gluten-free, & sugar-free menu. Enjoy spiralized carrot salad with almond feta, pomegranate seeds and balsamic vinaigrette; fall cauliflower flatbread with roasted red lentil hummus, caramelized onions, sage roasted butternut squash and micro-greens; autumn vegetable risotto with thyme, tarragon & fresh lemon basil, and raw pumpkin spice tarts with date caramel and coconut cream.
