Change Requires Courage! with Judith A. Rowe
There is well known saying, the only thing constant is change. Although we expect change and know it will be part of our daily work lives, it can still feel disruptive and challenging.
Successful change management requires knowledge and courage. This experiential-based learning session focuses on the key elements of change, how it impacts people in an organization, and strategies to ensure positive outcomes related to managing organizational change.
Participants will leave this session with:
-An understanding of change and how it impacts people and organizations
-Knowledge, ideas and strategies that can be implemented to increase the likelihood of successful change, and
-Strategies to manage your personal response to change in your organization
BIO Judith A. Rowe is passionate about using a strengths-based approach to help others realize their full potential in life. Her consulting company, Judith A. Rowe Consulting, LLC, has a focus on training, facilitation, coaching, career development, and wellness. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. In addition, Judy earned a Master of Industrial Labor and Relations degree from Cornell University. She is certified to train StandOutTM Advantage. Judy held various roles during her 27-year tenure at Corning Incorporated. Prior to Corning Incorporated, Judy held engineering positions with Mobil Corporation, Loudon County Sanitation Authority, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and MIT Associates. Judy resides in Horseheads, NY with her phenomenal family.
