Lung and Respiratory Health: Tea and Ginger Honey
This is the first class in our Fall Herbal Medicine Series, Join Main Market Co-op and local herbalist Argyle Baukol for an educational afternoon learning about lung and respiratory health. We could all use some lung TLC after this last fire season, especially as we prepare for cold and flu season We will make an herbal lung health tea blend and ginger honey to take home.
