Made in Williamsburg Special
Made in Brooklyn Tours are award-winning neighborhood tours with a "Made in Brooklyn" theme. Each is a cross between a factory tour and a shopping tour featuring artists, artisans and crafters literally "makin' it" in Brooklyn. On this special Made in Brooklyn Tour, we'll see what the hipsters are makin' in Williamsburg on the East River Waterfront with its striking views of the Manhattan skyline. We'll visit Williamsburg's historic waterfront and drop by the shops, showrooms and workspaces of select Brooklyn makers. Tours are designed for small to mid-sized groups for an especially good time together. Discover Brooklyn's Industrial Revolution and celebrate our Creativity, Ingenuity & Entrepreneurial Spirit. See who's makin' it in Brooklyn!

Directions

The tour begins and ends in Williamsburg and may be reached by NYC's mass transit system including ferries. Make a Special Request before booking your tickets if you like. You will receive detailed directions to the tour starting point shortly before your tour date.

About Me

My name is Dom Gervasi and I'm a native Brooklynite from Bensonhurst. I started Made in Brooklyn Tours back in 2011 after a career in high tech working for communications equipment manufacturers. Inspired by the makers I discover on my travels abroad, I make it my business to seek out who's "makin' it" right here in Brooklyn. My tours feature local artists, artisans and crafters and honor the innovators of Brooklyn's Industrial Revolution. I personally lead all Made in Brooklyn Tours and am a bonafide licensed New York City Sightseeing Guide. I'm also a supporter of the Impact Travel Alliance whose mission is to educate and advocate for sustainable tourism.
