Giving Through Song
Join us for an evening of music and fine dining, at our annual benefit dinner Giving Through Song on Saturday, October 13th at Block41 in Belltown - Seattle newest and most exciting private event venue!
San Francisco-based jazz vocalist and songwriter, Jacqui Naylor, joins us for our event following sold-out shows at renowned jazz venues and festivals in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Canada. Her many albums have been featured on top-ten lists of USA Today, Washington Post and more. Naylor is known for her wide vocal range and ability to mix genres. With her on stage is longtime collaborator Art Khu on piano, Michael Glynn on bass and Matt Jorgensen on drums.
Enjoy a seasonal meal prepared exclusively for Giving Through Song by Tom Douglas Catering.
All proceeds will directly benefit our 290 clients including those in our Community Access, Rep Payee and Supported Living programs. This year we are excited to announce the addition of a Childrens Residential Program to Alpha. This program will support children with intellectual and developmental disabilities ranging from 9-20 years. Parents will partner with us to create a shared parenting model that supports their child and his or her individual and unique needs. We are looking forward to opening the first home in Spring of 2019.
