Works by Estonian composer Veljo Tormis honor our long relationship with the composer, who was first invited to the United States by ORS years ago. Celebrating our present and future, ORS performs Mid-Winter Songs and more by world-renowned composer and visiting special guest Morten Lauridsen. The concert marks both the opening of our 45th season and the release of our new album Shadows on the Stars, featuring music by Dr. Lauridsen and other Pacific NW Composers.
