MAKING MOZZARELLA FIOR DI LATTE
Join cheesemonger and food writer Alex Jones on September 28 to learn about the benefits of grassfed milk and the culture and science behind "Fior di Latti" Mozzarella as well as how it is made.
You will enjoy the finished product in a simple, seasonal dish at the end of the class, together with 2 empanadas of your choice. You will also leave with recipes, resources, select ingredients, and a wooden spoon carved by Jezabel that you can use to make this tasty cheese at home.
BYO bottle of dry sparkling white or full-bodied Italian red to enjoy during the class.
