Details:
Share the gift of yoga with your kids this summer! Our certified instructors will guide your child through a day filled with movement through yoga postures, mindfulness through breath work, relaxation through meditation, arts & crafts, and FUN with their friends! Yogi kids will each build their own mala bracelet and receive an essential oils sample to bring home.
What to Bring:
Please bring a sack lunch, water bottle, comfortable clothes for easy movement, and yoga mat if you have one. We have free loaner mats if needed.
