The Invisible War
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Bay Area Women Against Rape (BAWAR), the nation's first rape crisis center is hosting a viewing of the Academy Award Nominated film The Invisible War.
Please join us Wednesday April 3, 2013 at the Rialto Cinemas - Elmwood in Berkeley at 7:00 p.m. for a screening of this groundbreaking documentary.

The Invisible War is a groundbreaking investigative documentary exposing the epidemic of our nation's most best kept secrets:- rampant rape within the U.S. military, breaking open one of the most under reported stories of our generation, to the nation and the world. The film paints a startling picture of the extent of the problem.
The film is not rated, but has graphic descriptions and some recreations of violent scenes. If you would like for anyone under the age of 18 to attend, please be advised there is strong language content and descriptions of sexual assault.
