About Bryn Loosley and the Back Pages: Bryn Loosley's new album "Blood Year" features 12 songs, one about each month of the year. The album, to be released on May 11 at the Kuumbwa Jazz Center, is the second from the Gail Rich Award winner and his band, The Back Pages. Formerly the front man of roots rockers Buffalo Creek, his first solo album, "The Wrecker," was hailed by the Santa Cruz Sentinel as a "collection of gems that show off an expressive and supple singing voice and a songwriting touch that displays an innate talent at melody." - www.brynmusic.com
