About the Instructor

Ben Beres is a printmaker whose recent work explores images composed of the written word. He writes in reverse using an etching needle on a metal plate, which results in richly textured images. Beres graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA, where he has also taught as adjunct faculty. In addition to being a printmaker, Beres is one-third of the conceptual art trio SuttonBeresCuller. His printmaking artwork is represented by Davidson Gallery. See work by Ben Beres.
