Workshop - 3 Sessions - Thursdays at 6:30pm - 7/26, 8/2, and 8/9
Are you ready to speed up the self love process? In a sassy, sexy, meaningful way? This is the workshop for you! It is an identity exploration adventure meant to give your confidence a fast, powerful, exhilarating boost!
IDENTITY & SELF DISCOVERY - Who you are now and who you want to become
Create a mini vision board about the identity you want and admire but have never attempted
Determine the 3 most amazing things about yourself and how to rely on them heavily
MOVEMENT - How you get around in life
How to walk in high heels
Learn a burlesque inspired dance you can perform for yourself or someone else
BEAUTY & BODY - How you can go about looking your best!
How to do the glamour power trinity - winged eyeliner, false lashes, red lipstick
Discover your body personality - how to compliment it with fashion
Learn to appreciate more about your body than just the way it looks
PROJECTION - What you convey to people
How to pose for a photo with friends and take a great selfie
How to introduce yourself to people, make conversation, & accept compliments
SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY - Friends you can make who support your self confidence
Set up accountability check-ins with Roxy and a new friend
Access to the group online to socialize with the women
TOOL KIT - Things you will rely on when you need a power surge
Keep a journal of your experience to preserve what you learned
Create a basic self care plan that will boost your self esteem when youre feeling down
Woohoo! Does this sound like a fun way to feel confident or what?! Yes! Be prepared to enjoy some of the assignments on your own between class sessions, and then return with your results. They wont take long, but if you truly want to love yourself more, now is the time to make a little bit of extra space in your life just for you! Then, plan to emerge from this experience with a fabulous new concept of your identity!
SUPPLY LIST - Youll need just a few things, all of which can be shopped cheaply, if you dont already have them:
Poster board, Scissors, Double sided tape
High heels
Journal/Notebook, Various colors of pens
Red lipstick, False lashes, Black felt pen eyeliner
