We are so excited to bring you are next Five Course Dinner featuring Sweet Cheeks Winery https://www.facebook.com/sweet.c.winery/
And to change it up a bit, this dinner is being prepared by Chef Ky Loop and dessert by Chef Natalie Vorpahl! This will be a nice, light, fun, small plates dinner in celebration of Summer being right around the corner.
Limited Seating available.
Total Entry Fee is $55 per person plus tax and service fees.

1st Course
2016 Sauv Blanc ~Apricot & Goat Cheese Crostini
Apricot & goat cheese mousse, granulated bacon, butter crostini, balsamic, beet microgreens
2nd Course
2017 Dry Rose~Cucumber & Gravlax Bites
English cucumber, gravlax salmon mousse, roasted peppers, chives
3rd Course
2015 Pinot Noir~Thai Curry Shrimp
Curry marinated/grilled shrimp, coconut milk reduction, lime zest, thai basil
4th Course
2014 Syrah~Petite Croque Madame
Brioche, souffle egg, aged swiss, prosciutto, sauce beurre blanc
5 Course
2016 Rielsing~Peach Bellini Cobbler
