Candis will discuss the seasons of our lives, how our energy changes, how to support our energy as we grow older and how to rebuild after operations, trauma and accidents. We will review many herbal tonic recipes. Tonic herbs are those that help to fortify, rebuild and strengthen our systems if used over time. This class will focus on tonic herbs in the Chinese and Ayurvedic healing systems.
