Timeless Meditation: Gong Bath
The gong is a sacred and ancient instrument of healing, rejuvenation and transformation.
On a physical level, the gong releases tension and blocks in the body, it stimulates a higher functioning of the glandular and nervous system, it increases prana, our vital life force and improves circulation.
The gong also works deeply on the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. The gong purifies and quietens the mind. It has the capacity to bring us to our neutral mind that is wise and non-judgemental. It helps turn the mind to a state of stillness where innate wisdom can be accessed.
Join Gong Master, Jennifer of Cannakula, for this special edition of Timeless Meditation.
Class begins with light movement and ends with a beautiful immersion of vibration from the Gong. Relax, bathed in vibration with intention, and go deep into meditation.
Bring a yoga mat, an extra pillow for physical comfort and something to cover your eyes (an eye pillow for example) to drop into a deeper meditative state.
Class begins at 10:30am, check in beings at 10:10am.
Participants with a medical card will receive a goodie bag sponsored by Midtown Roots and Timeless Vapes. 1 goodie bag per participant. Must be present to redeem.
Non card holders are welcome to attend!
