Feta is a delicious, versatile, fresh cheese that can be made from sheep, goat or cow's milk. In this hands-on class, you will make your own cow's milk feta, and learn how to age it "au natural" or marinate it with your choice of herbs, peppers, garlic, olives or sun dried tomatoes once you take it home. You can enjoy it the next day, or keep it in olive oil for months.
