TRANSFORM YOURSELF BOOTCAMP

In the heart of Rutherglen, Transform Yourself Bootcamp runs 6 week courses over three sessions per week:
6am - 645am Tuesdays 6am - 645am Thursdays 945am - 1030am Saturdays
Transform Yourself Bootcamp is delivered using metabolic conditioning training, boxing and interval training, with a rigorous no outdoor running rule, and most importantly nobody gets left behind rule. The workouts are designed to suit everyones capability, and under no circumstances do we divide clients into groups based on their abilities.
Transform Yourself Bootcamp runs for 6 weeks. It is up to you how hard you train and also what food you eat during this time! Are you ready to transform yourself?
£140 per person for 19 sessions!!! Age 16+
