Feral Feasts
A new format for this month. From a menu of 7-8 items, select either 3, 4 or 5 dishes to share and enjoy.
This month's menu will feature Spanish flavors with local, seasonal ingredients.

Sherry braised Chicken; tomato, chickpeas, roasted cauliflower, crispy chicken cracklins'
'Paella'; shrimp, mussels, saffron, peppers, crispy rice, green onion
Pork belly confit; clams, potato, mustard greens, cilantro
Nettle pasta; Sauteed king oyster mushrooms, tomato, garlic, anchovy, fresh herbs
Arroz con leche, currants, pine nuts, bruleed sugar
