The Bad Ass Pass entitles you to a full day of guaranteed training, seminars and bouts - without waiting in line, without crowds, without any hassle at all. Passes are limited to 30 people max. Bad Ass passholders will have exclusive entry into a morning warm up off skates, 3 on skates sessions, a classroom sessions with food provided, a cool down yoga session and VIP bout seating. 99am Wake Up Warm Up (Booty Quake)
Get this party started! Begin your day with a 30-40 minute full-body warm-up to shake off yesterdays bumps and bruises, and get your whole body ready to rock another full day of RollerCon insanity. Yoga-inspired stretches, mobilisations, and some more invigorating moves will lead us into some low-stress sock derby skills to warm up our minds, too.
10:15am Apex Jumping & Beyond! (Miss Tea Maven)
Want to learn how to jump the apex? Or do you already know how and want to learn more advanced jumps and techniques? Then this class is for you! I will go over the basics of how and when to perform an apex jump, as well as multiple different kinds of jumps depending on situations and skill level. This will be a fun, skill-based class with a little contact.
12:30pm Eat Like an Athlete (Octopus Prime)
Lunch Seminar. Eating like an athlete means eating just like the general population, but more thoughtfully. Learn how to determine specific things you can tweak in your own diet to provide more energy for on-skates and off-skates fun times!
1:30pm Physics & Physiology to Build Better Walls (NoMad)
This class applies physics and physiology skills to team defense, especially building stronger and better walls. We will cover ways to improve your group skating, reduce reaction times, and build a more cohesive defensive line. Students may find it helpful to attend "Breaking it Down," first, but not mandatory.
3:45pm Speed Squeaks (Mouse)
Dynamic movements that keep defensive packs loose so you can create your own escape holes.
6pm Sailor's Mouth Yoga (A-Bomb)
Welcome to swearing yoga, mutha !#@$@&! We stretch, get fit & limber, while throwing down some major cuss words. This 45 minute class will feature a series of various yoga positions that will work your muscles and relax you while you bust out some of your favorite swear words. You might even learn a few! If you are a fan of swearing & working on your fitness, you are going to love Sailor's Mouth Yoga.
