Health & Wellness Conference: Invest In Your Health
People living with disabilities make up more than 10% of Minnesota's population. Now, skyrocketing costs of healthcare, and limited funding available for disability care, means service providers are seeking more information and resources to support the health and wellness of adults and children living with disabilities.
