:Kiss*Punch*Poem: - NYC Improv Festival
Some of New York's finest improvisers team up with some of New York's finest poets for a mad night of starving hysteria. It goes like this: the audience shows up and writes a poem together. Then the performers improvise a bunch of scenes inspired by the audience's poem. Then a poet performs one of their own poems Then more improv. Then more poems. More improv. More poems. More improv. The whole thing ends with a brand spanking new work of poetry written on the spot and inspired by the whole damn show. You'll probably laugh, you might cry, you will make an exquisite corpse!
