Mindfulness Hub - Introduction to Mindfulness "Bring a Friend"
Introducing teachings from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, this evening will provide an introduction to mindfulness & meditation, and key teachings on positive, happy and more compassionate living.
Participants will learn new ways to look after their own well-being and identify positive responses to challenging situations using guided mindfulness exercises and meditations and practical exercises led by experienced Dharma teachers in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Who Should Attend
* The evening is suitable for beginners, as well as those wishing to refresh their mindfulness practice.
* It is suitable for those of all faiths and none. People who attend often come from a wide range of backgrounds and the evening is open to everyone.
We have kept prices as low as possible. Please just pay what you can. If you can afford the upper rate that would be helpful.
