Anxiety Workshop for Kids - How to Stop the Whatifs From Taking Over Your Life
This workshop is designed to shed light on something we all have: the Whatifs. The Whatifs are just fear and they can hold a lot of power over you. Through play, discussion and movement, we hope to give kids a way out of that anxiety.
You know anxiety is really common and, maybe you can feel less afraid AND maybe, just maybe you can show more love for others who might be going through anxiety, because YOU know what it feels like.
If you learn nothing else from this workshop, I want you to know that It's okay. Were here for you. Youre not alone.
